Living in the Moment
Using our time in the car for dedicated practice of being purposeful and living in the moment is something that most of us probably never considered, but it makes perfect sense. Not only can this be an invaluable time to practice mindfulness meditation skills, but being present and fully invested in the act of driving can also serve to dramatically reduce accidents and driving errors that are due to being lost in thought or unaware of our surroundings.
